ISES LA Tabletop Competition at BizBash West
The First Annual BizBash ISES LA Tabletop Competition was a huge success at the Pasadena Convention Center on June 14, 2011 during BizBash West. Contestants were challenged to create a unique tabletop design inspired by the theme “A Mid-Summer Night’s Fantasy.” Judges critiqued each table’s aesthetic quality, creativity, overall design and degree of difficulty required to execute the table design. The competition was fierce, as each entry was fabulous and over-the-top! “It was the most impressive ISES Tabletop Competition I have seen,” Richard Aaron, President of BizBash said. The event doubled as a fundraiser for the chapter’s new website as was made possible by the generosity of our host, BizBash, and Town and Country for donating the rentals for each contestant.
